This policy covers addictivedramas.com as it exists today: an informational site for content rights holders. It will be expanded before any consumer streaming product launches.
What we collect
This site does not require an account and does not have a sign-up form. The information we hold comes from two places:
- Email you send us. If you contact our licensing address, we keep your message, your contact details and any catalog materials you attach, so we can evaluate a potential licensing relationship.
- Basic server and analytics data. Standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed. We use this to understand traffic and keep the site working.
What we do with it
Licensing correspondence is used to assess, negotiate and administer content licensing relationships, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not add people who email us about licensing to a consumer marketing list.
Traffic data is used in aggregate to measure site performance.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as email hosting and website hosting, and only to the extent needed to provide that service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Screeners and confidential materials
Screeners, catalogs, rate cards and commercial terms sent to us are treated as confidential business information. They are used solely to evaluate a possible license and are not redistributed. If you need a signed non-disclosure agreement before sending materials, ask and we will sign one.
How long we keep it
Licensing correspondence is retained while a relationship is active or under consideration, and afterwards only as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis.
Your choices
You can ask us to provide, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing licensing@addictivedramas.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, and we will honor valid requests under those laws.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising technology in the future, this policy will be updated before that happens.
Children
This site is a business-to-business resource and is not directed at children.
Changes
We will post any updates on this page with a revised date above. Material changes affecting licensing partners will also be communicated directly.
