Finished, not in production
Complete series with every episode delivered. We are not funding production, and we are not asking you to hold a slot for us.
Addictive Dramas licenses completed vertical series for United States distribution. Non-exclusive, no minimum guarantee, revenue share on actual title performance. You keep the IP and you keep distributing everywhere else.
We are selecting a launch catalog now. We are looking for finished vertical series where the United States window is still open, in English or already localized into English. We do not license from a catalog description alone. Send screeners and we will watch them.
Complete series with every episode delivered. We are not funding production, and we are not asking you to hold a slot for us.
Subtitled or dubbed already done is strongly preferred for the launch window. Tell us what exists and we will tell you honestly if it works.
Music, performer, likeness and underlying IP cleared for U.S. digital distribution and promotional use. This is the part that kills deals late, so we ask early.
Genres we're actively reading:
You should not have to spend three emails finding out what we actually want. This is the structure we are asking for. If it is workable on your side, the conversation gets short.
Non-exclusive means every existing deal and every future deal stays exactly where it is. If we underperform, you have lost nothing but the delivery effort.
Driving viewership in the United States is our problem and our money. You are supplying content you have already paid to produce.
Every series is tracked independently. Even a small test tells you which of your titles connect with a U.S. audience, which is information worth having regardless of who distributes them.
Your catalog with U.S. rights open, plus screeners. Episode counts, language and localization status, and any titles you would rather hold back.
We evaluate the first several episodes of every candidate on hook, pacing, performance, production quality and subtitle or dub quality. You get a straight answer, including when it is a no.
A specific list of what we want, the proposed revenue share, and the reporting structure. Nothing vague, nothing to be determined later.
Final agreement reviewed by entertainment counsel on both sides, then master and metadata delivery. Titles go live inside the agreed rights window and come down automatically when it closes.
No. Non-exclusive, and we are not going to quietly ask for exclusivity later in the contract. You keep distributing the same titles to any other platform, in any other territory, at the same time as us.
New. We are pre-launch and assembling the launch catalog right now, which is exactly why you are reading this instead of a page full of subscriber numbers.
We are not going to claim an audience, a partner list or a launch date we do not have. What we can tell you today is precisely which rights we are asking for, how revenue gets reported, and what we deliver back to you. Everything on this page is checkable against the contract.
Nothing upfront. No acquisition fee, no minimum guarantee, no marketing contribution. We are not asking you to fund localization. The only cost on your side is supplying masters and metadata you already have.
Then it does not perform, and there is no minimum guarantee sitting unrecouped and no exclusivity holding the title hostage. We track every series independently so weak titles can come down and strong ones can guide what we license next.
No. Distribution and promotional rights only. No remake rights, no format rights, no option on your future productions.
Potentially a substantial portion, and we would rather say so now than argue about it later. Social-first acquisition means running a genuine stretch of an episode as the ad itself, not a thirty second trailer. If your promotional rights are capped at a short duration, tell us early and we will work within it or pass.
Master video per episode, English subtitles or dubbed audio, series and episode metadata, key art and thumbnails, and documentation showing you control the rights being licensed. We will send exact format and resolution specifications before delivery.
It gets addressed in the contract rather than improvised. Content is geo-restricted and rights-windowed at the platform level, so titles stop serving automatically when a window closes, and we handle the consumer side of that on our end.
Send your available catalog and screeners. We will come back with the titles we want and a proposed split, or a clear no. Either way you get an answer.
